Several studies reveal that osteoarthritis affects approximately 20% of adult dogs. It is estimated that more than 15 million dogs in Europe suffer from hip and joint disorders. (…)
Some breeds are more likely to suffer from it than others. Bulldogs, spaniels, mastiffs and pugs are prone to dysplasia. Rottweilers, Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Shepherds and Shetlands also regularly suffer from osteoarthritis.
Osteoarthritis and mobility problems are the leading cause of chronic pain in dogs, and more than a third of owners say their dog has had bone and joint problems during their life.
Several factors influence the risk of mobility disorders:
- Age
- Breed: Larger, faster-growing breeds are generally more prone to osteoarthritis
- Genetic predisposition
- Fractures resulting from injuries
- Obesity
Does your dog have difficulty climbing stairs, walking or jumping? Is he limping, playing less than before, or resting a lot more than before? In this case, he may suffer from mobility problems.
If he suffers from hip dysplasia or has had surgery for a fracture, special attention is needed to avoid mobility problems in the future.

How does it work?
Treatsy Hip & Joint is highly concentrated in active ingredients scientifically proven to improve your dog’s mobility. It contains all the ingredients and nutrients your dog needs to support his joints, helps rebuild cartilage and reduces inflammation and pain caused by osteoarthritis:
1 – Collagens: type 1 collagen helps strengthen your dog’s connective tissues (especially tendons and ligaments), thus supporting its joint stability. Type 2 collagen is one of the main building blocks of cartilage. It is effective in relieving pain and seems to be even more active when combined with glucosamine intake. These 2 types of collagens also help reduce the impact of aggrecanases on cartilage.
2 – Glucosamine & MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane): these chondroprotectors help reduce inflammation generated by cartilage degradation. Thanks to the sulfur it contains, MSM also contributes to the health of connective tissues.
3 – Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in cartilage. It helps to lubricate the joints, ensures nutrition of the cartilage, and strengthens its resistance to compression.
5 – Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA & DHA: these essential fatty acids are scientifically proven to have benefits for the joints of dogs and cats. With over 41% Omega-3, 8% EPA and 5% DHA present in our Treatsy Mobility oil, they play a crucial role in combating the inflammatory cycle and associated pain.
6 – Hemp seed oil: it is known for its anti-stress and soothing properties, but it also helps fight joint pain by providing essential fatty acids with anti-inflammatory properties.
7 – Higher Omega-3/Omega-6 ratio:A by providing much more Omega-3 than Omega-6, our functional oil helps fight joint inflammation effectively.
For even more comprehensive and effective support, we recommend pairing this treat with our Treatsy Hip & Joint Oil, specially formulated to support joints and improve dog mobility.
1/2 teaspoon per day (2.5 ml) for a 5 kg dog. Increase by 2.5 ml per 5 kg. Example: 1 teaspoon for a 10kg dog (5ml), 1.5 spoons for a 15kg dog (7.5ml). We recommend pouring the daily dose of oil onto your dog’s usual dry or wet food.
Our heart-shaped treats are very easy to give to your dog.
Each treat measures approximately 2cm and weighs 3g.
Recommended amount according to dog’s weight
< 10 kg 1 treat per day
10 kg – 20 kg 2 treats per day
20 kg – 30 kg 3 treats per day
30 kg – 40 kg 4 treats per day
> 40 kg 5 treats per day
